Styled Living provides following services:

Vacant Staging

It's staging of an unoccupied property. It could be a new construction, investment properties or a property the homeowners moved out of. 


Our process for vacant staging: 

  • We will schedule a complimentary appointment to see your property, make notes and take photographs. 
  • We will then prepare an estimate, which will be mailed to you and your agent, usually within 2 business days. 
  • Once the estimate is accepted, we will mail you a contract. Upon receiving a signed contract and deposit, we will start selecting the right furniture, accessories and art to enhance your property. 
  • On the scheduled staging day, we will bring selected staging inventory and install it with care and respect to your property.  
  • When the house is under contract (we recommend waiting until inspection and approved financing), we will schedule a date to remove the inventory, leaving your property clean and move-in ready. 

Occupied Staging

The homeowner is residing in the property while it is on the market. The initial occupied staging consultation will always require a pre-listing “Walk and Talk” consultation, during which we will walk through the property with the homeowners and make comments and suggestions regarding what needs to be done to prepare the property for a successful sale including repairs, updates, space editing and placement of furniture. 


A Comprehensive written report is another option, which is very similar to Walk and Talk consultation, except after the initial run through with the homeowner, we revisit the property on our own for the second time to take detailed notes and reference photographs to generate detailed/written report. The report  will be mailed to home owners within 2 business days.  


We can do as much or as little work as you would like. If you want to do the work yourself, we can provide a consultation and outline the game plan.  You can also hire us to do the whole project (working with what you own), while you relax and focus on your move. If necessary and agreed upon, we can even enhance an occupied property with accent pieces from our inventory.   Styled Living is flexible, and we will work with you on your specific needs. Whether you need vacant staging, occupied home staging or just something in between, we are here to help.

Residential Redesign

In addition to staging, we also offer residential redesign services. Are you wanting to help make selection for your remodel project, redecorate, repaint your house or just need to have shelves styled? Styled Living would love to be your home stylist, sounding board, shopping assistant or a color consultant.
